Landscape Plans for DA Development Application

Part of the fionacoledesign service is to provide Landscape Plans to submit to Local Council with Development Applications (DAs) for house renovations, new homes and pools. I regularly work with architects to design gardens that respond to the proposed architecture and the site and meet Council’s requirements and planning policies. I am a Registered Landscape Architect and member of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) which is required by Councils for those producing Landscape Plans for Development Applications.
